Join us for our community work day on Saturday, August 27

Join us on Saturday, August 27, 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM, at the Kalaeloa Heritage Park for our monthly community work day!

All ages and skill sets are welcome! Activities may include weed whacking, weeding, mulching, planting, and watering plants.

What to bring:

  • Sun protection (hat, long sleeve shirt, sunscreen, etc.)

  • Thick soled shoes (plenty kiawe thorns!)

  • Water (we'll provide light snacks)

*Please note that we adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines as set forth by the City and County of Honolulu and the State of Hawaiʻi. To protect our kūpuna and our volunteers, please wear a mask while in the hale or near others who are not in your household. This work day is subject to cancellation at the discretion of park staff.
